brainskinz and its affiliate factory agree to repair or replace helmet components only where factory defect has been determined. The following is a list of helmet components which are eligible for replacement should a factory defect be present:
- front and back straps
- inner cushion pads
- ABS shell.
This manufacturer™s limited warranty is solely at the discretion of brainskinz and its affiliate factory and effective for a period of up to 1 year from date of brainskinz order. brainskinz factory will not repair or replace helmet or helmet components for any normal wear and tear from helmet use or if defect is determined to be caused by abuse of the helmet. Purchaser is responsible for cost to return defects to brainskinz. If defect confirmed, brainskinz will cover cost for shipping in replacement helmet components and cost to ship replacements to the purchaser.
To return or exchange an item, please click HERE and fill out a Contact information form. You will need to supply your name, order confirmation number, and reason for return. Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number has been assigned, place the merchandise in the original packaging materials and return, postage paid to the address provided with the RMA number. Please clearly mark the box with your return address and your RMA number.
